  • Well, my friends flight here was cancelled after he arrived at the airport. He had to fly out on another airline on a full price ticket because spirit wouldn't help him. He rebooked his return which was also cancelled. That flight was then also cancelled. Both my girlfriend and I have a flight in spirit tomorrow, which was supposed to be the same that my friends was supposed to fly out on. However, we found out that it was delayed through our friend. We then checked with flight aware (app) and got confirmation. Then we tried to call spirit to get additional information. None of their phone lines were answered and on was just busy. We can get no answers, spirit is not advising us of anything thing and we are now likely going to have to rebook our tickets w another airline. Never. Again. I'll take united first.
