  • I bought a pair of $300 jeans, on sale for $200 on Boxing Day last year. The jeans ripped while putting them on 5 months later, when I took them back to Jonathan+Olivia the salesperson was so snooty and all she provided was a recommended tailor. I took them to the tailor and she said she couldn't fix the jeans without there looking like a rip was there. So that's $200 in the hole and only 6 months worth of wear on the jeans. I'm so pissed that they wouldn't take accountability for shoddy product - I have never had other jeans rip on me after less than a year!
