I went in to get a couple boxes I ordered online. Ana was doing everything she could to help me. Eventually I realized I ordered the wrong equipment. I felt so bad, I could she was a little confused, but she ran with it. She was so polite, didn't make me feel slow, which I am most days. She even apologized for the wait... IT WAS MY FAULT THOUGH. For my first trip inside of Cox, I appreciate the customer service, it was spectacular. Go Ana! And the man with the luxurious hair that opened the door.
