When we hear from the front of the store, " sir, sir, STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING!"
My husband explains and she says "yes but your messing with my sign"...
Why then put the darn umbrella next to the stupid sign when you know people are curious about a product and want to see how the item functions?!?
Sale lost. We left.
Woman needs customer service training and ethics.
She could've said " sir, let me help you. Let me move this away from sign, don't want you or wife get hurt"...
