  • I visited this location for the Free (small) Cone Day today. The only flavor / selection was vanilla soft serve with a 'paper-cup' cone, no other flavor or a sugar cone (which would've been yummy) for this special offer. I arrived after noon and it was not busy, just one customer before me and a few after. Service was fairly quick and the manager(?) was polite and wore gloves while serving (they even had Purell near the register ;) ). The place appeared clean; yet, "old' like the neighborhood- but I guess that matches the appeal of the old DQ. This was my 1st visit, and I was surprised at how tiny this DQ was, like a (bigger) drive-thru Fotomat of yesteryears. There were only 2 booths to sit at and tables / chairs out on the patio. I just did the pickup. It was a rather warm day so an ice cream cone on the run provided a cooldown. Thanks, DQ :)
