  • I was looking for shutters for a recently purchased house. I got about 7 quotes and decided to go with East West partly because of the good price but mostly due to the knowledge Mike had about shutters in general and was able to discuss the pros and cons of various materials etc. and answer all questions. When it came time for installation, the guys were on time, polite and friendly, and efficient. Overall, I feel the whole process was smooth; I liked the fact that Mike was available by text pretty much all the time if I had a question.
