  • We were in Vegas on Vacation. We decided to check out Chef Ramsay's burger, since we are big fans of the show. Restaurant is located in Planet Hollywood. As we arrived, there was a long line. The host was going down the line taking names. For a party of 3 or more you do not have to wait in line. They write down your cell phone number and call you as soon as a table is ready. Wait was 1hr. 40min. Finally we sat down!!! Restaurant looks very clean and Nice decor. Ordered 3 Hells Burgers and 1 hot dog. Took about another 30-45 min. For our food to come out! A total of almost 4 hours from the time we checked in to the time we left. Wow!!! My Party and I where really Disappointed! $15 Burger does not come with a side. We ordered a side of wedges and onion rings. "Hells Burger" the description seemed like if it would be a spicy burger includes jalapeños and avocado. Nope!!! The presentation was really nice, but my burger was tasteless, it needed something, no sauce, I did not taste like jalapeño, it just needed something. It just seemed like a burger I could have prepared myself at home. Fries and onion rings, nothing special. Hot dog is huge, but nothing special. They don't offer a children's menu. I was just expecting way more. I have had a way better burger somewhere else for cheaper, with a side, and without the almost 2 hour wait. I probably won't be back.
