  • I've been a patient for approximately 3 years, and have never experienced racism, unprofessionalism, outright disrespect and insults like I have within the past month of me being introduced to the office manager. I've had a surgery performed by Dr. Spieldoc due to extreme pains due to ovulation which did not help at all. I've come to find out that I might have been misdiagnosed! My husband and I are trying to have a baby,so we've been going through quite a lot and the staffs who have all been manipulated by the office manager, including Dr. Hartsfield have been very unsympathetic, not welcoming and treated me like I do not belong there. Conveniently today for them Dr. Spieldoc was on vacation and there systems were down at my appointment,when I told by Dr. Hartsfield that she will be in later on in the day. Thanks for making our Journey to parenthood a bad one
