This is my favorite and go to Starbucks in my area. They take the time to talk to me and are willing to fix mistakes. I'm allergic to milk and they don't give me attitude about it or try to test if it's true like other Starbucks have. Nothing ruins your days like throwing up, being covered in hives or in extreme situations when I didn't notice the milk needing my epipen to breath. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and most of the time the employees are very chatty, fast and fun. Don't get me wrong they make mistakes like all the Starbucks do but if you tell them they are usually happy to fix them or give you a free drink to make up for past issues.
My biggest suggestion would be to clean the machines a little more often and be aware of the temperature you are brewing the coffee at. I can smell that the machines need cleaning sometimes and I can taste and smell that the water is too hot when brewing the coffee sometimes.
