  • Do NOT do business with these guys since they are now connected to AH4R! AH4R is the worst at maintaining homes and communicating with tenants. We went all summer without air conditioning and had a problem every year with it. They dodge your phone calls and emails when you want them to repair something and look for every way to charge you for things that are their responsibility to maintain. I have been trying to contact the property manager for two months now with no success. I only get contacted by an administrative assistant who wants us to pay extra for a service call or he won't let us pay rent next month. Just read the reviews from experienced tenants from across the country. I dare you, any city, any state. SAVE YOURSELF!
