  • Despite the poor service and "don't care" attitude from the ladies who work there, I loved the idea of being able to create my own kitchenware! Spent hours and put in tons of effort in painting my product and was so excited about it. Wasn't that surprised to see their "don't care" attitude translate into the packaging of my product when I received it today. Big box, with not so "bubbly" bubble wraps lining the bottom of the box, and my shattered final pieces wrapped in a piece of paper. I did not pay such a high price $$ to waste my time and effort to receive shattered products and poor attitude. No use in putting your heart into the creation when the people do not care.
