  • Reasons to avoid going here: 1. Nails will start to come off within a couple days. 2. The shaping is never right , uneven thickness. 3. Ask for black gel polish and got blue 4. They take forever so slow and still do a poor job. 5. No communication, they pretend they don't speak English and they don't ask they want. I've never had to leave in the middle of service for lack of communication and time length, and such a horrible job. They encouraged me to try the dipping . The man who did it rushed so fast did not put the right gloss on nor all over the nail bed but all over my fingers, the woman who seems to be the manager came over trying to get it all off around my nails and on my fingers. I showed her that the polish isn't even all over. She got up walked away, the man came back started removing the dipping i stopped him and asked hey what's going on. He said I'm removing the dipping and doing gel. What?! I had no time for this I had to get up and leave how embarrassing! My nails a total mess. The manger started moving me to the door so other patrons didn't hear why I was upset. Do not give these people your money or time! I paid for an unfinished service and my daughter didn't have to pay because the nails you put on kept coming off you made no effort to rectify this you pushed me twords the door. Again do not give someone like this any money or time.!
