  • First time customer. Called an appt was suggested. Made appt for 2pm per individual working there. Was there 10 min early after waiting there until 2:05 was asked if I was checked in. I advised to an appt at 2pm. They said okay. A guy walked in off the street was seated before me with no appt. Must be a regular. The guy that confirmed my appt at 2pm, walked out the door and didn't say a word. I am sitting there 10 after like a bump on a log. I walked out after no acknowledgement. Waste of time!
