  • DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I checked the reviews more than their 4 star rating. I've been to over 10 places around town and this probably has the worst reflexologist/masseuse and customer service I've ever experienced. My person was a Middle Aged Asian male with glasses. He was nice, but his sweaty hands smelled like cigarettes and were EXTREMELY shaky (I'm not sure if he was sick or had a shaking disorder). His technique (lack there of) was awful, inconsistent, and did not hit any pressure/reflexology points. The manager/cashier/person -in-front was rude, "didn't speak english", and was unconcerned about my negative experience. I'm a good tipping customer so despite this experience I still tipped the guy because he probably gets paid barely minimum wage and all he needs to do is wash his hands and work on his technique more (I'm being optimistic here because he wasn't a rude person). However, as I brought up my concern to the "manager" that his technique was inadequate and a few other things in an effort to improve their quality of service, she didn't seem to care and all she wanted to do was kick me out. Needless to say, I'm never going back. My friend who went with me also had a bad experience too. And she is Chinese who translated it all to the manager. Like I said, read the reviews. It is a waste of your time and money with a business who doesn't care about you or their employees.
