  • The theater is aging, but still has the magic that it had when the Waterfront was first built. I've been here most recently to see Black Panther (2x) and Avengers Infinity War (2x). The IMAX theaters and VIP plush seating are the best aspects of this theater. A star was taken because there are some annoying squeaky chairs that are distracting in some theaters AND there needs to be an "obstructed view" notice when purchasing the last row of seats with the railing in front. I sat in a children's booster chair for 3 hours because the railing was right in the middle of my sight line. My butt is sore and I feel that I can't trust the seating chart. Also, the front lobby is always congested by the doors and there has to be a better solution to increasing the flow of traffic.
