  • I have never been there before (WI transplant) and I was impressed. I had two tripods with issues and the repair department fixed them both while I waited (needed more skill and a little glue). I donated $10 to their pizza fund ;). The place has a great selection of equipment and seems very well run. I would go there for the customer service before I would shop online. Very satisfied.
