| - Being that every tool I have is siting up in NY, I have made a few visits to Lowe's over the past few weeks. It all started when I made a little DIY project out of a dresser that I had. I've covered just about the entire store at this point.
The store itself is well maintained. It's very clean and all aisles and shelves are fully stocked. It can be tricky finding someone to help at times but if you do a lap or 2 you're bound to find someone. I've come to learn that the attendants can be hit or miss.
For example, they have this older gentleman in the paint section. He is FANTASTIC!! The guys is like 3 people in 1 - He's a combination of Bob Villa (home improvement knowledge), Bob Ross (knows all about paint and happy trees) and uncle Bob (everyone has an uncle Bob). It amazing how helpful and knowledgeable this guy is.
However, on a few other occasions, I have asked around for help and some these people don't know their lefts from their rights. If I asked them to walk, hold a tape measure and chew gum at the same time, they probably wouldn't be able to do it. I wish that they would just tell me idk, vs walking up and down the isles with me inching along searching for w.e it is that I asked for. I appreciate them coming along for the ride, but I can walk and read labels myself. You get what I'm saying...
The more I frequent the store, the better I will be able to locate things myself and not have to ask for help. I'm sure I will continue to come here as it is convenient to get to. Hopefully, they "never stop improving" so that we can all have great experiences here each time we come.
