  • Very disappointed with the movers. Over 3 hours to move from a storage unit to a 2 bedroom apartment less than 5 miles apart. Left storage after 25 minutes. Once at apartment.. They literally brought up one queen mattress & 3 couch cushions in first 24 minutes and one item every 5 minutes. They milked the clock and didn't hustle until they hit the 3 hour mark. Debit machine didn't work & had to go to the bank with these guys to withdraw $260. My son and I have moved several times and never took that long. I didn't complain as it would have upset my son who is recovering from lung surgery and the reason we hired movers. Felt bamboozled.. I even tipped them- for son's benefit only.
