  • Poor customer service. I called to place an order using a mailer coupon for buy one get one free pizza. I was told I had to dine in to use the coupon. I reviewed the coupon and it does not indicate the offer is dine in only. I spoke with a manager and he was unwilling to honor the coupon for a pick up. I will take my business elsewhere! This is not a way to win customers for a new restaurant. Especially with the power of social media.
