  • One star only for it's location. But, I wouldn't bother going there anymore anyways. The staff was incredibly rude. I tried to ask a woman that worked there a question. She wouldn't even listen to my question, She gave me attitude ,said something rude, , so, I asked for the manager. Then told me that She was the manager. Huge surprise. So, I said I'd just come back when I could find someone who would be willing to help me. THEN, she changed her attitude and wanted to help, wouldn't even let me leave the store. Insisted she help me. So, she did. She let me return my items and I even let her sell me a printer. BIG MISTAKE! Not only was the printer a piece of crap, so was the next one I bought that she said was the best. Both were terrible and one has stopped working just months after I bought it. It's an HP. Btw, their HP ink is counterfeit too. So, don't buy from them. It's bunk. Long story short, I spoke with the district manager-he had even worse of an attitude. And the Performance Protection plan they sold me...they haven't even been able to look up my receipt. It's been 2 weeks. I don't recommend Office Depot at all. Their customer service all around is shitty-at several locations and on the phone. Their staff are useless and their product suck! So there you have it! Go to Fry's or Best Buy-much better, higher quality experience all the way around.
