Starts out nice and friendly, but in the end they need to man up, grow a set, and follow through with what they promise. Looked at a nice used vehicle, asked if they took trades and they said yes, and proceeded to offer me $3k for my trade which I thought was great. I left with my new (used) car and returned the next day to have it detailed. Upon arrival I was informed that the bank rejected the loan. The explanation was that since I was behind on 3 credit cards, was that I was going to file bankruptcy, so they would not take the loan. Keep in mind my credit score was still 685. So I left with my old reliable trade in. I was then called and told that they found a bank to take the loan. It was at 29%! Since I was receiving a refund from IRS, I said OK. I'm going to pay it off in a month anyway. Well all of a sudden my trade wasn't worth $3K anymore. And they even went as far as to advertise my vehicle on Craigslist as for sale by owner with they're number? I told them to take a hike. What kind of way is this to do business? Make a customer jump thru hoops, then not follow through with your offer. I would not advise anyone to buy from these people.
