I was really unhappy with the customer service today. I bought a rolling cooler that I used twice and it broke. I took it back to see if I could exchange it or get a store credit. When I didn't have the receipt the woman asked what day it was purchased. Upon doing some research I found the day that was past the 90 day return policy. Which ok, I get. I understand why there are polices but I was so disappointed in the attitude and lack of friendliness with the two women that "helped me," one which was a manager. There was no "sorry" just a rude "what's wrong with it?" (The handle wouldn't go down the the top comes off)
Upon reading further reviews of this store, this seems to be an ongoing problem with a few of the ladies who work in customer service... just be friendly and nice! Is that so hard??
I also wish I would've gone to Frys or Albertsons as much of the produce was gone... restock your shelves on busy days!
