| - I'll start by saying that Fry's has huge potential of being a 5 star electronics store if it really pushed it's customer service. Fry's is like a wall to wall electronics store, it has everything from TVs, video game consoles, surge protectors, washers, dryers, beds, as seen on tv sections, movies, and "movies" computers, etc. When u walk in u run into there returns area, and then ur off to explore. the issue with this place is that most of the floor associates are so concerned trying to make sales, they forget the basic essentials of customer service, I dont care if your there to window shop, buy a pack of gum, or half the store, you will run a bunch of your customers back to other stores because it shows your counting how much they're gonna spend, then that's where you determine your customer service levels. I've been to this store several times and prefer to shop without help because then it upsets me when they don't want to help me properly, I've tried buying TVs ps4s surround systems, and have been ignored to go help a more appropriately dressed customer or, females. Unfortunately with a store as great as this the only time I got great service is when I bought my dryer there. Overall the store is huge! It's by the 15 and 215, there's an outlet next to it, total wine, and bout 5 mins from the strip a d another mall. It's great and this I'm sure is not an everyday experience, just seems like a lot of mine.
