| - I feel like we've been here before but at the same time it seemed new to me. Lots of parking outside. The place has clearly been around for a while. There's a karaoke bar connected to it branded the same as well. We visited after 830pm and it was a quiet Friday night. The staff was really nice, calling us baby, honey, sweetheart. I'm guilty of doing the same thing.
I had the bbq chicken, my big son had chicken katsu, the small one had friend saimin, and the hubby had the garlic chicken with gravy, we shared fries and a musubi kids meal. We had some turon and poke...I'm a sucker for register add one and the turon was just staring at me as I ordered.
We chose dine-in option and were given a number for our table and sat. It's a order then seat yourself type of place. I noticed that they don't keep certain condiments not eh tables, but behind the counter instead. So if you need tobacco or sriracha, ask them! They have it for ya!
Our orders came our fairly quickly and my bbq chicken was excellent. Poke wasn't that awesome, fried saimin was okay too, but the fries for some reason were soooo good! Fries on point! I can't speak for anything else, as I murdered my bbq chicken plate and turon, so I was too full to sample anything else.
Didn't visit the restroom during this occasion. I'd definitely visit again if we were ever in the immediate area. We were jumping at the trampoline place across the street before we came in this evening.
