rev:text	I'd love to give this place 1 star, but for the fact that the used car guy I dealt with might have been the doppelganger for Brace from the Showtime show Gigolos. For that reason alone I am giving them another start for employing the almost tragically over-tanned. USAA, one of my banks, thinks that this place is a "preferred dealer." Mind you, after my time at Earnhardt Ford, I might need to reconsider dealing with any bank that would certify this place as anything other than a shill joint. Before I start my rant, can someone sit me down, and in very small words and at a slow verbal pace explain to me what it is that makes the entire Earnhardt family of dealers such shit shows? Seriously, its like a valley wide commitment to really bad service with a foundation in lies, crap and garbage... I took out one of the used Toyota Tacomas they had on the lot. During my test drive, the salesman told me that "Dude, I have to make this call or my manager is going to get all in my ass about it!" He then played "scrape the floor" for someone else they had screwed in a deal on a brand new Ford Raptor. I get that this is a more important sale as that's a $60,000 truck, but c'mon slick, do me a favor and DON'T take a call while I am on a test drive. Long story short, as I am prone to rant lately, I didn't buy the car and I didn't return any of Brace Jr's phone calls. I won't be going back as I bought a vehicle somewhere else, and I would advise you to avoid this place other than for the doppelganger freak show.
