  • Last few times we've been the service was terrible, the fries were smushy and cold and the food was mediocre... I'm not a high matienence customer at all and I never send food back to the kitchen but their burger was cold and the fries tasted microwaved (you know that water smushy content kind).. ever since the menus been automated and staff has been cut it's gone down hill... no one has a smile on themselves...
