  • Club Meadowvale should be kept a secret in the city of Missisauga. This facility is small, overpriced and lacks in service. I thought because of its meek size it would more than make up for it with that homey family welcome feel. It doesn't even come close. While trying to join the club, it took me 6 phone calls and 4 weeks to get a response. The fees are more expensive than they should be and the decor is good, yet the price of admission leaves the club lacking. My kids had their first tennis session and they forgot to turn on the heat. It must have been 5 degrees in there and instead of rescheduling they had them play and charged for it. They were enrolled in a 9 week program and enrolled too many kids so added byes to the weeks without informing me about the schedule and didn't extend the program or offer a refund . When i showed up and wasted my time becasue they failed to inform me of the change the head coach was unapologetic and rude.
