  • I love this place!! The food is awesome.. Kiki burger is the best burger I've ever had!! This location never answers their phone though, so when I try to do a phone order to pick up.. I have to go there and order and wait 20 min.. That's not good customer service.. (Tonight was a prime example.. I really was craving a Kiki burger.., I tried to call 4 times.. It kept going to an answering machine...Its a Monday.. Not even a weekend.. So sadly I didn't get my burger.. I didn't want to wait 20+ min at the restaurant..and I didn't want to eat there.. I wanted to eat at home.. Relaxed on my day off) Also.. I hate that when I actually can get them to answer and place my order.. They make me give my card number.. I didn't have a problem with doing that until the last time I ordered.. When I got there.. My credit card number was stapled to my bag and it was out in the open for all to see!! I cancelled that credit card because anyone could have gotten my card number!! Made me very uncomfortable
