  • We've tried many buffets in Vegas but the Wynn lunch buffet is really a cut above other buffets as far as their menu and ambiance. We didn't mind lining up for 40 minutes on Friday, 3/27 for the 11:00 a.m. lunch. What I remember liking the most were the sea bass wellington, red snapper in sweet chili sauce, beef with mushroom sauce, pork loin, lamb risotto, Spanish rice, and the fabulous desserts, especially the carrot cake and the pear mousse cake. I only wish I had exercised less control and eaten more! But we'll be back!
