  • Pretty much what everyone else is saying. No consideration or empathy for clients in emergency situations. Terrible customer service and a severe lack of communication. Was not surprised to find similar reviews. I was in awe at the experience I've had with these people. Especially Christina, she was extremely rude. I have never had such a bad encounter with any business. Ratchet.
