| - I reached out last week based on these reviews. I had a text exchange with her about setting up an appt. She texted me back with a link. I proceeded to make an appt that was confirmed by email. A few days later I received an email confirming appt. I confirmed. I am set to leave for a trip and needed her services prior to my leaving. I received an email the day before the appt saying it was cancelled. Thinking it was an error, I texted her to make sure. Nope, it was not an error. She said she had been trying to reach me for a week to reschedule but had the wrong number. We had initially texted and I had not changed my number. I had received an initial confirmation email and a follow-up one, so she had my email. She did a half-a**ed apology but did not honor the appt and tried to reschedule for a mid-afternoon appt after I told her I needed early mornings only. She then told me she had to cancel it for "something important". I BOOKED it for something important. I gave her other options that I could do for the next couple of days, thinking she would get me in early like tomorrow's appt was supposed to me, and she wouldn't fix her error. She kept saying she had "other clients to take care of". In other words, current clients are more important than a new one. I recently moved to Scottsdale from Chandler and needed a wax "professional" (normally they are professional, I use quotes for this person only). I have been in sales for years and found this experience to be VERY unprofessional. I am a nice person and kept thinking it was a glitch and she would any second now fix things happily. I don't write bad reviews often at all. I prefer to fix things with the individual or business. She did not...fix anything. At the end, she had an attitude when I said I was very disappointed and would need to find someone else. Her text was sarcastic in nature. Now I know everyone will read the reviews and still go to her and I am sure she is as great as everyone says she is, which is WHY I chose her. Word to the wise - just make sure you do an extra confirmation and save your texts/emails. I sent her screenshots of all of them and she STILL did not accommodate me...OR find someone who is professional and wants to build her clientele and will fix her mistakes (it's not rocket science - be accountable for your mistakes). I called another place, explained what happened and she very happily took and then confirmed my appt - very easy. I am looking forward to a nice business relationship with this other professional person I found, who I should've gone to in the first place!!
