  • The young cosmetian gave me wonderful customer service. I walked in to buy the balm products since I saw in the flyer that it was on sale. The young lady saw me looking at the balm display and said that if I wanted to try something out that I can ask her since they have more stuff that isn't out. I asked if the balm is on sale and she told me not everything is. I was disappointed and turned around to look at physicians formula. I decided to buy a highlighter by PF but I asked the cosmetian if the balm has more highlighters. She showed me more colours and she let me swatch all of them. She was very patient with me. I really appreciated her customer service that I ended up buying the $40 highlighter.
