If I could leave no stars I would. I get a quote online for $193 which includes all taxes and fees. I pick up the vehicle and they ask if my wife will be driving I told them she will be with me. They have her sign some papers and advise nothing, no additional charges nothing. I return vehicle after 6 days and guy takes vehicle tells me and shows me on laptop a $283 charge. I advise him that is incorrect and he directs me to the front counter. I speak with Kay who I will add was very nice but could do nothing about the situation and gets her manager Fran. I see Fran and knew nothing would be done. So I tell and show Fran my original quote of $193 and she tells me I added a driver so I'm screwed. I told her I was never advised of this and asked her to remove. She with extreme attitude said you signed for it your paying for it. I tried to explain to her and rationalize with her about why would I add a driver when I was the one driving. I also told her that I should be notified if the charge would be more than my original $193 that I should be told this. She again with attitude said I can do nothing and walked away. I then get my bill for $299. I tell Kay why would my bill now be $299 when I was shown $283 downstairs. She can't answer my question and tries to be nice about it. I told her I was so confused and don't understand how I could be quoted three different prices. So in the end nothing was fixed and I paid the $299 bill. Worst experience I have every had, cars transmission was slipping and service was horrible. Stay away
