  • Went in regarding a broken Ipad. Dealt with a manager named Justin who couldn't have been more unprofessional. As I was trying to explain my situation he kept looking away and then interrupting me. I asked him to please just listen to me and then after a few minutes became frustrated and said I can't help you I'm going to get someone who can try and explain and then walked away. Nice. Glad to see Apple is hiring such stellar people. They offered to replace the ipad but only after I got another manager.
