  • I have gone to this great clips a few times and had decent hair cuts. I have learned to be very specific with what I want and that seems to work. Today, I had horrible service. The lady with long black wavy hair was completely rude. All she could tell me was how terribly damaged my hair was. I walked away feeling horrible about myself because that's the way she made me feel. I would avoid her. I am so glad that I did not take my tween daughter to her. She probably would have made her cry. I will never be back!
