  • Won't even respond to a request for a quote online. Why offer that option if you don't want to follow through? Update: I'll tell you what, they found there was an issue and handled it. Most businesses on here blow off any issues or concerns. That's admirable and deserves a 5 start effort for addressing the concern and trying to resolve it.
