  • I eat here a lot but today really irritated me. I ordered some food, paid for it, then the cook says they're all out. Ok so I chose something else that's the same price. I had 3 items that I ordered so they only voided 1. Or was strange to me because it was the same price so why not just swap it? So it gets voided, then I get charged again for my next order. The cashier is flustered, which is understandable because she now has 4 different receipts. As she calls people over to help, things keep getting worse. Voids here and there, then hey need to charge me again. So at this point I'm frustrated and my food is sitting on the counter getting cold. Idk if I'll come back to this location, I go out of my way to come here, but this might have been the last time. Management needs to train employees on this particular situation better. Other then that i usually have a easy going experience.
