  • stopped by vesper for a Paloma last night and was pretty underwhelmed. It tasted like juice ... not enough alcohol, too much ice. For a $16 drink and a place that touts itself as a mixology place you'd think you'd get something better. Bar tenders were friendly, that's about it.
