What a fun way to get that aerobic exercise in every day! Jazzercise is the ONLY reason I would be up and shaking my BOOTY at 5:50 AM! (THAT'S EARLY!) We sometimes have 15-20 people in that class! Can you believe it?
The current music and always changing choreography gets my day going.
PS, Best, of all, since I've been "Jazzercising", I've lost 35 pounds and have dropped from size 12/14 down to a solid size 8!
