  • Got a quote over the phone to fix the microphone in my ipad pro. They said they would do it for $119 and that it could be done by Monday. I drove 25 minutes to get there, and when I arrived the person I had spoke to on the phone was apparently not around, the part they needed had to be special ordered, and the cost was actually $360+. Waste of time.
