  • Dont go here. Signed up as black card member. 1st visit was not allowed to use any of the extras that you are supposed to receive as a black card member. 2nd visit was not allowed in because my guest and I were wearing sweats.. Seriously? We were there to workout. Girl was rude from the get go. As soon as we walked up to check in had an attitude and got upset that I did not say the area code of the phone number. Made a racial slur as we were leaving to another guest that is there. Tried contacting corporate no response. Even tried contacting them through Twitter and they have it blocked on there. I will be fighting this. I am not paying a cancellation fee as they have not held up their end of the contract. Only allowed me to get on a treadmill on my first visit and like I stated above, was a black card member!!!!!!! *EDIT* The GM contacted me and cancelled my membership without charging me a fee. So we will see. Which is a good thing considering I did not get to use anything. But that is fair and I am glad she did.
