  • So very disappointed in Bobby -car wash manager at signal-butte cobblestone. He is an arrogant, rude employee/person. Sadly He made cobblestone look really bad and loose a loyal customer who wasn't doing anything wrong. I overpaid by $10 and wasn't complaining about it. Bobby literally got my face becoming very rude and out of line in front of other customers. He approaches me as I'm patiently waiting for my car to be finished and goes off. He starts accusing me of LYING and being a liar and that I'm making things up?? I had a recipe saying I over paid by $10. And Funny thing I wasn't the one complaining about it!. He came barking at me out of nowhere!? Doesn't make sense. But What an asshole. I now hate this place. I never want to go back to cobblestone again. The way bobby treats customers is beyond wrong, poor and rude. Employees like Bobby is why today's customer service is so sh*tty.. Sad
