rev:text	do not move in here this place has gone down hill. i have lived here 5 years and it gets worse every year. it used to be a fun place now they are super uptight. the management is horrible. they are always scaming you with fines that dont even make sense. and making up reasons why they gave them too you. if you want to live at a place that rips you off with rent and puts fines on top of it this is your place. not only that but they obviously have a contract with a tow company to make more money. i have been towed out of my own parking spot 11 times. they say its cause i didnt have a parking pass. well what if an unexpected guest comes and your out of parking passes. putting a piece of paper in the window saying dont tow and all your info with your phone # isnt good enough. they still tow it. i could go on for days of why not to move here. but ill just give a few more reasons - the parking spots are tiny, they are great if you like dented doors. -everything in the apartments are cheap and break often and they put the cheapest air filters in your ac. -your lucky if you get a new washer and dryer out of the 4 different places ive had here only one had a new washer besides that you get old cheap ones that dont work good at all. -if you live on the first floor the balcony is always dirty because they blow all the leaves and dust on it the only reason ive stayed this long is because of the location but not even that can keep me here anymore i cant wait to leave. the girls in the office are very nice besides the managers they are just out to get you over all dont waste your money here there are better places in this area that are better and some even cheaper**
