  • I prefer shopping at this Plato's Closet location versus selling because I don't typically have success selling here which can be frustrating. Often times I'm confused as to why my name brand, good quality items are passed on when I shop and see Target, WalMart, Kohl's, brands on the rack. I feel the selling process and quality control has slacked off as I see a lot of damaged and over-worn items on the rack. The staff can sometimes be preoccupied in their own business, but are usually always in good spirits, which makes the experience a decent one.
