| - The customer service here is topnotch. Never have I had an issue with any employee, in fact many have gone out of their way to assist & help, without even being asked to! The group fitness & yoga instructors (Jody, Karra, Kerri, Jason, Theresa, Marsha) are more than welcoming & extremely friendly & most importantly they are knowledge. Not to mention the amount of classes & variety offered.
The overall cleanliness is satisfactory. The machines are always being wiped down & the locker rooms are pristine.
The indoor/outdoor pools are fantastic, great for relaxing, kids or getting in some laps.
There are enough personal trainers, all with knowledge in various aspects of lifting, exercising & working out. I have had three trainers (Charley, Lina & Nicole) who have opened my eyes to many new ways of training. For anyone with a back injury this is a huge plus!
Nothing can compare to the LIfeTime in Tempe. The $55 a month is well worth it, especially for someone who takes advantage of everything there is to offer. I began paying $67 a month but the front desk (Brandon) lowered my rate, after I had been gone for a while with my account on hold, because I have been such a loyal customer - I didn't even ask for the rate to be lowered!
Going to another gym is out of the question; even after I moved 25 minutes away I am still a member.
