  • I'm based in NJ and needed to find a local real estate agent in Scottsdale to help my father sell his house and downsize into a rental. This was a big event for my father and there was a lot of trepidation about it. I found Jeff here on Yelp, saw the good reviews, gave him a call, and decided to trust my instincts to engage Jeff from my remote location. And that was a decision I never once regretted. From the minute we started to work together, I felt like me and my father were Jeff's only clients. He was tireless, patience, professional, empathetic, and fully committed to helping us get the sale done right. He gave us expert and realistic guidance on price and timing, and how to set the house up for sale. Communication was stellar: If Jeff says he'll see you at 10 AM, expect him at 9:58; he kept us fully apprised of the process from start to finish. I really can't thank him enough for all his help getting my father from his house and into a very fine rental. Five stars to you, man. You did a great job for us.
