Why is there no option of zero stars?
They are so irresponsible! I called their customer service and scheduled an appointment, because my rental company requires the receipt of professional carpet service upon moving out. And guess what? Nobody called to confirm and nobody came! I called the customer service - they said they didn't have such records in their system!
The representative with whom I made the appointment was so sure that they'd get someone for me on the appointment day, he asked for every detail of address and all, and he clearly understood that I had a deadline - April 30 and he was so convincing that they were going to send somebody on April 29. Well if he could have told me that nobody was going to be available on April 29, at least I could have called other companies to make a reservation. Wish I could have remembered his name.
And later the two representatives I tried to call to resolve this issue were terrible. One even threatened that "I'm afraid there's nothing we could do, and I may have to disconnect your call."
"You can count on Sears for Satisfaction Guaranteed"? Can't they say something real??
