  • this theatre used to be great when it was under AMC's management. it's gone severely downhill since then. the box office area is too small and poorly laid out: on a busy night, it's overcrowded and hard to know which line you're in. it feels like a fire hazard. the ticket machines are too often broken. the concession stand is understaffed. the "IMAX" theatre is tiny compared to scotiabank theatre's IMAX, and the air conditioning in there barely works. this is by far the worst cineplex theatre in town.
