  • I wish I could rate them with ZERO star. First of all, I don't know why I got treated badly from all of the sales. Maybe because I was young? and they thought I was just messing around? I don't know, but I really think they should have a better customer service than they are right now. Story begins! I went to the dealer to check out this one pre-owned 09 bmw, my first salesman was Kwansi or something, first time we met he was cool and friendly. Everything went well during test drive until I tried to test out the navigation, navigation was broken so they had to send the car back to service. As soon as we got back to the dealer I also found that the car was not even close to be out to the lot for sale. I found a plastic piece was missing inside the car, a couple big dents around the car and also a scratch. I told him I don't want this car because the car is all crappy like this. So I went home nothing happened. Second time I visited them. This same salesman called me and said we could work out the deal. So I went in and tried to talk out the deal but nothing changed they said they wouldn't lower the price or fixed the car, the car will be sold as is. I'm not asking for a perfect perfect used car but what I saw was just horrible. I don't know if i'm making sense but I just don't like this dealer at all, I wish somebody could come in and take over this place instead of these people and start caring about customers, not giving them attitude, and respect all of their customers a little more than they are right now. Anyway, if you guys ever wanted to purchase a car from this dealer, try talk to Trent, he's the man for you. Not saying the cars here are bad, but never trust this dealer, trust your own instinct and don't believe whatever they say.
