  • Got the call at 8:30 am that truck was being loaded and installers would be on their way shortly. I responded that I was about thirty minutes out myself and was assisted that wouldn't be a problem. At 10:30 am called them back to see where they were and was tools I had a 9am to 11am window and they should be here soon. Called them back at 1:30 pm and was told they would check on it and get back to me. When they did call me back, I was then told that the installer had decided to do another job first, but no one had bothered to let me know that my install would now be mid afternoon and would "probably" be done by dinnertime, if there were no problems with the flooring. I haven't even seen their work yet, so can't say anything about quality, but I'm giving a 1 star for poor customer service and wasting my day. I will definitely go with someone else next time, and will cancel on thus job if they're are anymore issues.
